To have better luck it helps to be healthy. You must eat, sleep, and act right. You must read labels for the ingredients in all canned goods,  pastries and boxed items.  Most processed foods contain oil that is Hydrogenated, which means solid at room temperature.Avoid them if possible. Most oil is o k in it's natural form.  Olive oil is the best.  Eat lean meats, no breading, no skin on chicken, no lard, you get the idea.  You need to limit, or avoid  all or most  processed, fried, sugary, and fatty foods.  Now if you want to sweeten something, sugar or pure honey is the best.  No artificial sweeteners. Your body can filter out some impurities,but when everything you eat is bad, it adds up and will take its toll on your mind and body. You will not know it at the time,  and when you do it will be to late..

Today we will tell you how to wash your hands. Sounds too easy, right. A lot of people just spread the dirt around, and call it washing.  If your hands just have normal dirt, no grease, paint, or stuff  that is hard to get off, then the basic wash will do.  Warm water, plenty of soap, lather good, rinse, then do it all over again. Your hands should be washed, when you get up, before you eat, before you touch your eyes or mouth, before you touch food, before you cook and  maybe more.  Now if you use a public restroom, turn on the water, wash and turn off the water, you would do better not to wash at all. You are getting all the germs on your hands from every one who washed before you. If you do not have to turn the water on and off by hand, that is the safe kind to use.             

Sleep.  Sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your body. That does not mean a good nights sleep every so often. You need at least 8 hours of sleep every 24 hours. Now some people will say they can get by with only 4 hours  a night. .And yes you can, you can get by with 2 hours per night if you want to. Now here is the problem. Your mind and body are not operating at 100%. Under normal conditions everything is just fine, but. If you have to react very fast, you don't know it, but you are slowed down a little.That could be just enough to cause an accident or have bad judgement.       Lack of sleep is bad in many other ways.  You will age much faster.  You will have more wrinkles.  Your mind will not be as sharp.        Some people may say, if I get more than 4 hours per night I get groggy.  That is because they are lacking so much sleep , after their usual 4 hours,  their body is trying to get more sleep.   Now if you want to go to bed at 10 to 12  in the evening, then you must start preparing  from at least 2 in the afternoon.  That means no caffeine, no pop, no energy bars, nothing to perk you up, till the next day, then have all you want, till that afternoon at 2. Also your room should be dark and quiet.              Teeth.  Their are several ways to take care of your teeth. First you should floss and brush.  An electric tooth brush would be the best. Now,  when you brush is very  important. After you eat you should wait at lest one hour before brushing.  It will take at lest that long for  the acid to get off your teeth. The less total time that any food is on your teeth, the better. So, if you want to eat candy or anything else,do it shortly before or after your meal. If you are eating or drinking something other than water, most all the time,that is more time the acid can get to your teeth and do damage.  Also have your teeth cleaned and checked.        BRUSHING       Now, when you brush, you don't just brush the tops of your teeth. Your teeth have three sides, so you have to go over all three sides.. Top, Inside and Outside. Also, let the brush rest on the gums  on the inside and the outside..
