Even if this beach was full of people, you may still feel like you are all alone and lonely.    ALCOHOL     Some people think all they need to do to make new friends is to have  two or three  drinks, and then talk to others. Well, your brain is a little numb now and you think you are having so much fun, but they see you for what you are,  a lame brain.  After a few more  drinks, a drunken lame brain.   A lot of people do not know when they have had too much to drink.  If  they did, the courts would run out of money. Some people let alcohol control them. They have a problem that is hard to break.  If you want to be very sharp and at your best, alcohol is not the answer.  Look and act right and be friendly for a start.  Now if you want to have a few drinks with dinner or with friends, thats OK if you can control yourself and not let the drinks control you.  When you drive your car and think, oh I HAVE to have a drink, well it was cheap or free, or a few more will not hurt, or some one got it for me, or the grass is growing or any other stupid reason, then you are in trouble, you just do not know it yet. When you  do find out what is going on, it may be too late then, if you have an accident, or get stopped for a DUI. You may be with many people but still feel alone and lonely, because you may be wearing  an orange jumpsuit by then. We are all like the lady on the beach above. It is a very nice place, but what we make of it is up to us, and no one else. A little bit is random luck, but most of it depends on us, and a lot of hard work.

DOGS    Dogs and cats are almost like people. Some are lucky, and some are not. Some are smarter than most people.  To be a lucky dog,  they also must work at it. We have a large female germen shepherd that works hard and is very smart.  She lives in the house all the time.  She helps protect it and greets us when we get home. She never wets or does anything on the floor. She always lets us know when she needs to go to the bathroom. .Because she acts this way we are glad to provide her with room and board.     MORE LATER           A person's true character is revealed by what he does when no one is watching.
